90-minute Business Deep Dive
Ake’s Business Deep Dive is a 90-minute online or in-person meeting designed to review your business's unique situation, and create a clear plan for moving forward.
Prior to the Deep Dive:
The process begins with you completing a 30-minute Business Performance Scorecard, which helps us tailor the session to your specific needs. This pre-work is critical to maximise your outcomes and value gained from your Deep Dive.
What’s included:
You’ll meet with one of our senior growth advisors. We’ll look to get a clear understanding of your goals for your business and how you plan to achieve them. Importantly, we’ll also seek to understand how your business goals tie in with your personal and lifestyle goals. We'll then explore the core areas that influence your business performance, such as:

Operational efficiency and workflows
Sales and marketing effectiveness
Team structure and roles
After your deep dive, we’ll book in a 1-hour follow-up session to present key findings and recommendations. You'll receive a concise summary report that highlights:

Premium Business Deep Dive
Our Premium Business Deep Dive is hands-on process that combines detailed financial analysis with practical operational insights - all geared toward helping you take focused action and make real progress toward your business and lifestyle goals.
Pre-work:
The process begins with you completing a 60-minute Business Performance Questionnaire, which helps us tailor the session to your specific needs. This pre-work is critical to maximise your outcomes and value gained from your Deep Dive.
What’s included:
You’ll meet with one of our senior growth advisors for 4 hours of in-depth discussion and analysis - we recommend splitting these into 1hr sessions weekly.
Like all our services, we’ll begin by gaining a clear understanding of your goals for your business and how you plan to achieve them, alongside how those goals tie in with your personal and lifestyle goals. This sets the basis for our recommendations.
Over the sessions we’ll conduct an in-depth analysis of your business to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. This will involve a high level review of your business including:
Financial statements and performance metrics over the past 3 years
Business processes, operations, and workflows
Organisational structure and staffing
Marketing strategy and sales process
Technology infrastructure and systems
The outcome will be a detailed diagnostic report that:
Evaluates business health across key areas

90-minute Business Deep Dive
How it works:
Step 1: Complete your Business Performance Questionnaire
Prior to our session we’ll ask you to complete a 30-minute Business Performance Questionnaire. Please put thoughtful effort into this and your answers - you can save it and come back to it at any time. Gathering this information from you helps us prepare for the session, and make your time with us as effective as possible. You’ll be sent a reminder to upload the completed questionnaire at least 48hrs prior to your session.
Step 2: We dive into your session
In our 90-minute session we’ll get straight into analysing the results of your questionnaire. Buckle in, because we’ll ask a LOT of questions! It’s important to us that we clearly understand your business, where it has come from, and where you’d like it to go, so that we can make informed recommendations that are right for you and your situation. This session can be online or in-person.
Step 3: We provide our recommendations
Following your Deep Dive session, we’ll formulate a concise & clear action plan for what you need to do to build a stronger, more profitable business or achieve a certain goal. This will include recommended specific Ake services or packages that will accelerate progress towards your personal and business aspirations.
Step 4: We establish your next steps
