Administrator-Receptionist

We’re looking for a Administrator/Receptionist to support our team in delivering exceptional client outcomes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the practice through proactive administration, client service, and office support.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems (Xero, XPM, FYI Docs). 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong planning, organisational, and time-management abilities. 

  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes. 

  • Attributes: reliable, proactive, organised, self-motivated, and a strong team player. 

  • Some knowledge of Te Reo me ōna Tikanga, with willingness to learn further. 


Recommended Experience 

  • 1–2 years’ experience in an administration or client services role. 

  • Experience in a professional services environment desirable. 

  • Experience with Xero and related software advantageous. 


Recommended Education: 

  • Certificate, diploma, or degree in administration, business, or a related field preferred. 

  • Ongoing professional development encouraged (e.g., Xero certifications or tax administration training).
