8-week Business Coaching Programme

Starting out in business is exciting, but it’s easy to become overwhelmed. You might find yourself buried in admin, worrying about where money is coming from, or just too busy to do the things that will help you grow.

Ake’s ‘New To Business’ Group Coaching will help you build the foundations for a business that’s profitable, sustainable and enjoyable to run.

What’s involved:

Starting Feb 2024 and running for 8 weeks, this programme includes a 1.5hr workshop every week. You’ll find out what your business needs to focus on, grow your financial knowledge, and be able to tap into Ake’s expertise - all in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Topics include:

  • Business Health Check

  • Tax Fundamentals

  • How to pay yourself (and your taxes!)

  • Organising your administration

  • Xero

  • Understanding your numbers

Get personalised feedback on how to improve your business, and actions to implement after each workshop. At the end of the programme you’ll be eligible to graduate into our quarterly group business coaching.

Investment:

The ‘New To Business’ Group Coaching programme has two payment options:

  • $2200 + GST upfront

  • $806.67 + GST per month for 3 months (10% extra).

FAQs

  • We assess your fit on a case-by-case basis but generally this programme is suitable for anyone who has started their business journey in the last 12 months. If your business is not yet operational (i.e. you’re still in the planning stage) you will still get a lot of value from being able to set up your systems in the right way.

  • The programme consists of one 1.5hr workshop once a week for 8 weeks. We’ll send you pre-work before each session to make sure you can get the most out of it. We keep each session short, focused, and provide you with actions to implement to keep the momentum rolling.

  • The programme has two payment options:

    • $2200 + GST upfront

    • $806.67 + GST per month for 3 months (10% extra).

  • Absolutely! We can provide this course content (at a different fee) on an individual basis if you feel that would suit your situation better - please get in touch with us on kiaora@akeaccounting.co.nz to discuss.
