You’ll join us for four half-day workshops where you’ll get down-to-earth advice, proven strategies, and the support of others on a similar path. Each session will finish with an action plan of steps you’ll complete before the next workshop.
Beyond the sessions, you’ll gain ongoing support from our expert team, ensuring you stay on track towards your goals.
We know that some of the best ideas and collaborations spark in a relaxed setting, so after each session we’ll unwind and chat with the group over casual drinks - the perfect opportunity to connect and share insights in a supportive atmosphere.

Generally this programme is suitable for anyone who has been in business for a year or more. You’ll also need to have a Business Plan to work from.

This programme consists of 4 half-day workshops held once per quarter. We’ll send you pre-work before each workshop to make sure you get the most out of the day. You’ll also gain practical actions to take away and implement following each session.
